Salt Dough Cookies

I found a recipe for salt dough ornaments on "and baby makes five"'s blog and thought I can do that! So last night I got my ingredients out and started mixing it all up. I added 1cup of cinnamon to give it that brown dough look and to have a nice aroma. I rolled it all out, and used my brand new cookie cutters (acorn, maple leave, and small pumpkin). I was sooo excited to show my husband that I could do a craft! Well, I may have gotten a little tooo excited, cuz I couldn't wait the entire 45mins in the oven. I now know that recipe are not guidelines...when it calls for 45mins, you really should let them bake for 45mins. They came out soggy! So, me being a never say never kinda gal is gonna try it again tonight! WISH ME LUCK!
